目的 分析精神分裂症患者体内的肌酸激酶(CK)、肌红蛋白(MYO)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、细胞间黏附分子(ICAM)水平随患者精神状态及肾功能损害程度的变化,探讨其对患者早期急性肾损伤(AKI)可能的作用机制。方法 根据肾功能水平将 80例精神分裂症患者分为4组,并设立健康对照组(同期我院门诊健康体检者)20例。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清CK、MYO 、ICAM,采用放射免疫法检测β2-MG水平,分析其与患者精神状态变化及肾功能损害程度的关联。结果 精神分裂症患者中肾功能损害组的血清CK、MYO、ICAM、β2-MG值高于健康对照组及肾功能正常组,差异具有统计学意义(F=623.534,30.437,636.776,88.283,P<0.05),精神分裂症AKI 1期组到AKI 3期组CK、MYO、β2-MG、ICAM数值均比对照组升高(P<0.05),3组之间如上指标的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 精神分裂症肾功能损害患者的血清CK、MYO、ICAM、β2-MG的异常升高能反映出患者的精神状态及肾功能损害程度,提示临床可通过检测如上血清指标来监测患者的精神状态及肾功能。
Objective To study the changes of serum creatine kinase(CK),myoglobin(MYO),β2 microglobulin(β2-MG),intercellular adhersion molecule(ICAM)with the mental state and the degree of renal function damage of patients,to explore the possible mechanism of their effects on early acute kidney injury(AKI)in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 schizophrenic patients were divided into 4 groups according to their renal function level,and 20 healthy controls(who underwent physical examination during the same period)were included.At the same time,enzyme linked apta-sorbent assay was used to detect serum CK,MYO and ICAM levels in each group,and radioimmunoassay was used to detect serum β2-MG level in each group.The correlation between the above indexes and the changes of mental state and the degree of renal function damage was analyzed.Results The serum CK,MYO,ICAM and β2-MG values in schizophrenia renal impairment groups were higher than those in healthy control group,and the differences were statistically significant(F=623.534,30.437,636.776,88.283,P<0.05),and the comparison of the above indexes among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The abnormal increase of serum CK,MYO,ICAM and β2-MG can reflect the patient's mental state and the degree of renal function damage,it suggesting that the clinical staff can monitor the patient's mental state and renal function through daily serum collection and analysis.
目的 研究核因子-κB激活剂1(Act1)对高糖诱导肾小管上皮细胞炎症反应及细胞外基质表达的调控作用。方法 培养肾小管上皮细胞MK2,设置对照组和高糖组,处理12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h后检测细胞中Act1的mRNA和蛋白表达水平;设置si-NC组(5.5 mmol/L葡萄糖培养基中转染NC siRNA)、si-NC+高糖组(30 mmol/L葡萄糖培养基中转染NC siRNA)、si-Act1+高糖组(30 mmol/L葡萄糖培养基中转染Act1 siRNA),48 h后检测细胞中Act1、E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)、N-钙黏蛋白(N-cadherin)、I型胶原(Col-I)、III型胶原(Col-III)的mRNA和蛋白表达水平以及培养基中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)的含量。结果 高糖组处理12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h时细胞中Act1的mRNA和蛋白表达水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);si-NC+高糖组处理48h时细胞中Act1、N-cadherin、Col-I、Col-III的mRNA和蛋白表达水平以及培养基中TNF-α、IL-1β、IFN-γ的含量均高于si-NC组,细胞中E-cadherin的mRNA和蛋白表达水平均低于si-NC组(P<0.05);si-Act1+高糖组处理48h时细胞中Act1、N-cadherin、Col-I、Col-III的mRNA和蛋白表达水平以及培养基中TNF-α、IL-1β、IFN-γ的含量均低于si-NC+高糖组,细胞中E-cadherin的mRNA和蛋白表达水平均高于si-NC+高糖组(P<0.05)。结论 Act1表达增加对高糖诱导肾小管上皮细胞炎症反应激活和细胞外基质增多具有促进作用。
Objective To study the regulation effect of nuclear factors-κB activator 1(NF-κB activator 1,Act1)on high glucose induced inflammatory response and extracellular matrix expression in renal tubular epithelial cells.Methods Renal tubular epithelial cells MK2 were cultured and control group and high glucose group were set.The mRNA and protein expression of Act1 were detected after treatment for 12,24,48 and 72 hours.MK2 were divided into si-NC group(transfected with NC siRNA in 5.5 mmol/L glucose medium),si-NC+high glucose group(transfected with NC siRNA in 30 mmol/L glucose medium)and si-Act1+high glucose group(transfected with Act1 siRNA in 30 mmol/L glucose medium).The mRNA and protein expression of Act1,E-cadherin,N-cadherin,type I collagen(Col-I),and type III collagen(Col-III)and the contents of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in culture medium were detected.Results The mRNA and protein expression levels of Act1 in cells of high glucose group were higher than those of control group at 12 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h(P<0.05).The mRNA and protein expression levels of Act1,N-cadherin,CoL-I,Col-III in cells and the contents of TNF-α,IL-1β,IFN-γ in culture medium of si-NC+high glucose group were higher than those of si-NC group,the mRNA and protein expression levels of E-cadherin in cells were lower than those of si-NC group at 48 h(P<0.05).The mRNA and protein expression levels of Act1,N-cadherin,CoL-I,Col-III in cells and the contents of TNF-α,IL-1β,IFN-γ in culture medium of si-Act1+high glucose group were lower than those of si-NC+high glucose group,the mRNA and protein expression levels of E-cadherin in cells were higher than those of si-NC+high glucose group at 48 h(P<0.05).Conclusions The increased expression of Act1 promotes the activation of inflammatory response and the increase of extracellular matrix in renal tubular epithelial cells induced by high glucose.
目的 探究百令胶囊联合前列地尔对早期糖尿病肾病患者血液流变学及肾功能影响。方法 选我院2020年1月—2021年1月期间100例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,将其以随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各50例,分别应用前列地尔治疗、前列地尔+百令胶囊治疗,比较2组治疗前后血液流变学指标、肾功能指标。结果 治疗前2组血浆粘度、全血粘度、红细胞聚集指数水平相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组血浆粘度、全血粘度、红细胞聚集指数水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前2组微量蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)水平相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组UAER、BUN、Scr水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗期间均未见严重不良反应。结论 对早期糖尿病肾病患者应用百令胶囊+前列地尔治疗,可改善其血液流变学指标及肾功能指标,降低炎症反应程度,治疗安全且疗效理想。
Objective To explore the effect of Bailing capsule combined with alprostadil on hemorheology and renal function in patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group.They were treated with alprostadil and alprostadil with Bailing capsule respectively.The indexes of hemorheology and renal function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, the levels of plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index of the two groups were similar, and the differences were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). After treatment, the levels of plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, the levels of urine albumin excretion ratio, blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in the two groups were similar, and the differences were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). After treatment, the levels of urine albumin excretion ratio, blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no serious adverse reaction in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion Bailing capsule combined with alprostadil in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy can improve the indexes of hemorheology and renal function, lower the inflammatory reaction, and the treatment is safe and effective.
目的 探究2型糖尿病患者的肾糖阈(RTG)及相关因素。方法 本院对2014年12月—2018年9月466例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,正常肾糖阀值为8.9~10 mmol/L,据此将患者分为高阀值组、中等阀值组以及低阀值组,不同组肾糖范围分别为RTG>10 mmol/L、8.9 mmol/L≤RTG≤10 mmol/L、RTG<8.9 mmol/L,以此对各组生化特征进行分析。结果 高阀值组与中等阀值组相比,RTG值、年龄、病程、空腹血糖(FPG)、体质量指数(BMI)、总胆固醇(TC)、血糖均值(MBG)、24 h血糖对比差异明显,P<0.05。高阀值组与低阀值组相比,RTG值、性别、FPG、BMI、TC、MBG、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)对比有差异,P<0.05。性别、年龄、BMI、HbA1C、TC以及低密度酶蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)与2型糖尿病相关,且呈正比关系,P<0.05;通过多元线性回归分析发现,2型糖尿病的影响因素主要有BMI、HbA1C、LDL-C,数据具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 较多2型糖尿病患者肾糖阀值较高,且肾糖阀值与HbA1C、LDL-C相关。
目的 探讨连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)在治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)中的临床意义。方法 回顾分析2018年1月—2019年1月在我院接受救治的SAP患者64例,根据治疗方案的不同分为观察组和对照组, 每组各搜集32例,2组患者基线水平一致。对照组为采用常规内科方案治疗的病例, 观察组为对照组治疗方案基础上联合CRRT的病例,分析对比2组治疗后的各项疗效指标。结果 2组患者治疗后5~7 d内APACHE Ⅱ评分[(11.02±3.14)vs(13.98±3.27)分]、甘油三脂[(4.02±1.05)vs(5.62±1.11)mmol/L]、C反应蛋白[(88.25±6.73)vs(104.41±10.28)ng/L]、降钙素原[(13.12±4.33)vs(18.55±3.96)ng/mL、血尿素氮[(7.33±1.72) vs (11.24±2.76) mmol/L]、血肌酐[(69.51±15.03) vs(91.12±19.17)mmol/L]相较治疗前均降低,观察组患者上述指标水平下降幅度超过对照组,结果分析差异有统计学意义(t=3.693, 5.924, 7.440, 9.362, 5.235, 6.801, 5.018,P均<0.001)。观察组患者治疗期间疾病症状缓解时间[(3.15±1.26)vs (5.22±1.51) d]、体征指标稳定时间[(2.52±1.38) vs (4.39±1.50) d]、胃肠功能恢复时间[(4.48±1.27) vs (6.21±1.55) d]以及ICU住院时间[(15.03±2.21) vs (18.44±3.27) d]均低于对照组,结果分析差异有统计学意义(t=5.954, 5.190, 4.884,4.888,P均<0.05)。结论 与常规内科治疗相比,联合CRRT治疗SAP能够显著改善各项炎症指标,有助患者快速脱离重症危险状态,具有积极的临床价值。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods Retrospective analysis of 64 patients with SAP in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 was carried out. The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment regimens, with 32 cases in each group, and the baseline levels of the two groups were consistent. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional medical treatment, and the patients in the observation group were treated with CRRT on the basis of the control group, and the efficacy of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The APACHE II scores [(11.02±3.14) vs (13.98±3.27)]、triglyceride[(4.02±1.05) vs (5.62±1.11) mmol/L], C-reactive protein[(88.25±6.73) vs (104.41±10.28) ng/L], procalcitonin[(13.12±4.33) vs (18.55±3.96) ng/mL], blood urea nitrogen[(7.33±1.72) vs (11.24±2.76) mmol/L], serum creatinine[(69.51±15.03)vs(91.12±19.17)mmol/L] of patients in both groups were significantly decreased within 5-7 days after treatment compared with those before treatment, and the decrease of the above indicators in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group, P<0.05. The remission time of symptoms[(3.15±1.26) vs (5.22±1.51) d], the stabilization time of signs[(2.52±1.38) vs (4.39±1.50) d], the recovery time of gastrointestinal function[(4.48±1.27) vs (6.21±1.55) d] and the length of ICU stay[(15.03±2.21) vs (18.44±3.27) d] in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the analysis of the results was statistically significant (t=5.954, 5.190, 4.884,4.888,all P<0.05). Conclusions Compared with conventional medical treatment, additional CRRT treatment can significantly improve the inflammatory indicators of SAP, help patients survive from critical state of SAP, which has positive clinical value.
目的 探讨在慢性肾炎中采用厄贝沙坦+肾炎康复片对肾功能的影响。方法 在我院肾内科2018年3月—2020年8月收治的慢性肾炎患者中随机选取80例,按照抽签法分为2组,对照组(40例)采用厄贝沙坦,研究组在其基础上加用肾炎康复片,对比2组肾功能指标、临床疗效及不良反应。结果 治疗后2组肾功能指标均好转,且研究组血肌酐、尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白量均低于对照组,肾小球滤过率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗总有效率对比差异显著(P<0.05),不良反应对比无差异。结论 在对慢性肾炎的治疗中联用厄贝沙坦及肾炎康复片可有效提高肾功能,疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of irbesartan and Shenyan Kangfu Tablet on renal function in chronic nephritis. Methods A total of 80 patients of chronic nephritis admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to August 2020 were randomly selected and divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group (40 cases) received irberartan, while the research group added Shenyan Kangfu Tablet on the basis of irberartan. The renal function indexes, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, renal function indexes in both groups were improved, and serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and 24 h urinary protein levels in the research group were lower than those in the control group, and glomerular filtration rate was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate was significantly different between the two groups (P<0.05), but there was no difference in adverse reaction rate. Conclusions In the treatment of chronic nephritis, irbesartan combined with Shenyan Kangfu Tablets could effectively improve renal function, and the effect is significant.
目的 探讨不同浓度的青藤碱对肾癌细胞增殖、细胞周期及凋亡的影响。方法 以不同浓度的青藤碱处理肾癌细胞786-O,采用四氮唑蓝盐法检测细胞增殖能力,流式细胞术检测细胞周期分布,Annexin-v FITC/PI双染流式细胞分析仪检测细胞凋亡率;采用实时荧光定量PCR及蛋白免疫印迹(WB)检测c-myc、Bax、Caspase-3等细胞周期、凋亡相关基因表达情况。结果 青藤碱显著抑制786-O细胞的增殖能力,诱导细胞周期G1/S期阻滞及细胞凋亡;且随着青藤碱浓度的增加,其抑制率也逐渐增加;青藤碱显著下调c-myc蛋白表达,而诱导凋亡蛋白Bax、Caspase-3表达上调。结论 青藤碱可以显著抑制786-O细胞中c-myc表达,使其增殖能力减弱,诱导细胞周期阻滞及凋亡。青藤碱可能具有潜在的抑制肾癌生长作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of different concentrations of sinomenine on proliferation, cell cycle and apoptosis of renal carcinoma cells. Methods The renal carcinoma cells were treated with different concentrations of sinomenine. MTS was used to analyze the effects of sinomenine on proliferation in 786-O renal carcinoma cells, the cell cycle changes were determined using flow cytometry, while the changes of apoptosis were detected by Annexin V-FITC / PI double staining. The expression of apoptosis-related proteins such as c-myc, Bax and Caspase-3 were detected by Western blot. Results Sinomenine significantly inhibited the proliferation of 786-O cells and induced cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in G1/S phase. With the increase of sinomenine concentration, the inhibition rate increased gradually. Sinomenine significantly down-regulated the expression of c-myc protein, while the expressions of the apoptotic protein Bax, Caspase-3 were up-regulated. Conclusions Sinomenine can significantly inhibit the expression of c-myc in 786-O cells, reduce proliferation ability, and induce cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. Sinomenine may have a potential therapeutic effect on renal cancer.
目的 了解广州市肾综合征出血热住院病例临床表现和流行病学特征,分析患者出现重症的影响因素,为加深疾病认知和识别重症提供科学依据。方法 回顾性选取2014年1月以来在广州市二级及以上医疗机构住院的明确诊断为肾综合征出血热的患者572例作为本研究研究对象,自行设计问卷,收集患者流行病学史、临床表现和实验室检测结果,采用多因素Logistic回归分析识别患者重症HFRS的影响因素。结果 572例患者中男406人,女166人,男女比2.45:1,年龄最小者14岁,最大89岁,平均年龄(41.21±14.16)岁。临床表现以发热、起病急、乏力为主,三者分别占比96.33%、88.29%和82.32%,重症病例93例,重症率16.26%,不同颈红、胸红、腹痛、腹泻、恶心、呕吐、眼睑浮肿、黄疸、少尿或无尿、低血压、休克、白细胞计数减少、尿膜状物情况和鼠类暴露情况的患者重症发生率差异有统计学意义(均 P<0.05),多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示年龄为40~49岁、呕吐、休克、房内有老鼠及食物粮食无防鼠设备是患者发生重症的危险因素,其OR值和95%CI分别为2.712(95%CI:1.039~7.077)、2.99(95%CI:1.462~6.114)、5.822(95%CI:1.891~17.927)和3.292(95%CI:1.479 ~7.327)。结论 临床表现有呕吐和休克症状以及有明确的啮齿类动物暴露史者重症的风险更高,在今后的防治中,应进一步加强健康宣传教育,广泛开展灭鼠活动,临床上对存在高危风险的病例进行早期干预以提高患者的预后效果。
Objective To understand the clinical manifestations and epidemiological characteristics of hospitalized cases of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in Guangzhou, analyze the influencing factors of patients with severe illness, and provide scientific basis for deepening disease recognition and identifying severe illness. Methods A retrospective selection of 572 patients with a clear diagnosis of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome who were hospitalized in second-level and higher medical institutions in Guangzhou since January 2014 were selected as the research objects. Questionnaires were designed and the epidemiological history clinical manifestations and laboratory test results of patients were collected. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to identify the influencing factors of patients with severe HFRS. Results Among the 572 patients, there were 406 males and 166 females. The male-to-female ratio was 2.45:1. The youngest was 14 years old, the oldest was 89 years old, and the average age was (41.21±14.16)years old. The clinical manifestations were mainly fever, acute onset, and fatigue, which accounted for 96.33%, 88.29% and 82.32%. There were 93 severe cases with a severe rate of 16.26%. Different neck redness, chest redness, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, and nausea, vomiting, eyelid edema, jaundice, oliguria or anuria, hypotension, shock, decreased white blood cell count, urine membranes and rodent exposure, there were statistically significant differences in the incidence of severe illness (all P<0.05). The logistic regression analysis of factors showed that the age of 40-49 years, vomiting, shock, the presence of rats in the room, and food without rodent-proof equipment were risk factors for severe illness. The OR values and 95%CI were 2.712 (95 %CI: 1.039-7.077), 2.99 (95%CI: 1.462-6.114), 5.822 (95%CI: 1.891-17.927) and 3.292 (95%CI: 1.479-7.327). Conclusion Patients with clinical manifestations of vomiting and shock symptoms and a clear history of rodent exposure are at higher risk of severe illness. In the future prevention and treatment, health promotion and education should be further strengthened, rodent control activities should be carried out extensively, and early intervention is taken clinically to improve the patient's healing effect.
目的 分析慢性肾衰竭患者接受肾衰康方治疗对其血清微炎症状态的影响及肾功能的保护作用。方法 将2020年1月—2020年12月作为研究时间段,选取期间广东祈福医院接诊的50例慢性肾衰竭患者,另将随机数字表法作为分组依据,将全部病例分为对照组(行常规治疗,纳入25例)、观察组(加用肾衰康方治疗,纳入25例),对组间中医症状评分、血清微炎症状态、肾功能指标、氧化应激指标展开分析。结果 组间中医症状评分、血清微炎症状态、肾功能指标、氧化应激指标在治疗前无明显差异,P>0.05;观察组中医症状评分、血清微炎症状态、肾功能指标、氧化应激指标在治疗后优于对照组,P<0.05。结论 肾衰康方对改善慢性肾衰竭患者血清微炎症状态、氧化应激水平、临床症状均有较好效果,且能保护肾功能,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of Shenshuaikang decoction on serum microinflammation and renal function in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods From January 2020 to December 2020, 50 patients with chronic renal failure treated by Clifford Hospital were selected, and the random number table method was used for grouping. All cases were divided into control group (n=25) and observation group (n=25). The TCM symptom score, serum microinflammatory state, renal function index and oxidative stress index were analyzed. Results There were no significant differences in TCM symptom score, serum microinflammatory state, renal function index and oxidative stress index between the two groups before treatment, P>0.05; the TCM symptom score, serum microinflammatory state, renal function index and oxidative stress index of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment, P<0.05. Conclusion Shenshuaikang decoction has good effect on improving serum microinflammation, oxidative stress level and clinical symptoms of patients with chronic renal failure, and also can protect renal function, which is worthy of promotion.
目的 探讨糖尿病肾病患者肾功能恶化的危险因素。 方法 采用回顾性队列研究分析山东省立第三医院2017年1月—2020年5月108例患者的临床数据。将病人分为糖尿病肾病肌酐翻倍组和不翻倍组,比较两组间临床数据的变化。结果 糖尿病肾病肌酐翻倍组的BUN、胱抑素C和ACR水平均高于肌酐不翻倍组;eGFR、CO2、ALB、HGB均低于肌酐不翻倍组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而UA、GLU、血脂、糖化血红蛋白,糖尿病和高血压病史差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相关分析表明血肌酐与BUN、eGFR、胱抑素C、ACR呈正相关;与ALB,HGB和CO2呈负相关。多元线性回归分析结果显示,eGFR,胱抑素C,ACR, ALB和HGB是糖尿病肾病肾功能恶化的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病肾病除检测肾功能的常规指标外,还可观察ACR、ALB和HGB水平的变化,对判断患者肾功能是否恶化有一定价值。
Objective To investigate the risk factors of renal function deterioration in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods Retrospective cohort study was used to analyze the clinical data of 108 patients from January 2017 to May 2020 in the Third Hospital of Shandong Province. Patients were divided into diabetic nephropathy creatinine doubling group and non-doubling group. The changes of clinical data in two groups were compared and the risk factors of renal function deterioration were analyzed. Results The levels of BUN、cystatin C and ACR in the creatinine doubling group were higher than those in the creatinine non-doubling group, and the levels of eGFR、CO2、ALB、 HGB were lower than those in the creatinine non-doubling group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). However, there were no significant differences in the levels of UA, blood glucose, blood lipid, glycosylated hemoglobin, the history of diabetes and hypertension (P>0.05). The correlation analysis showed that serum creatinine was positively correlated with BUN、 eGFR、cystatin C and ACR and negatively correlated with CO2、ALB and HGB. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that eGFR、cystatin C、ACR、ALB and HGB were independent influencing factors of renal function deterioration(all P<0.05). Conclusion Diabetic nephropathy can not only notice the routine indexes of renal function, but also observe the changes of ACR、ALB and HGB levels, which has certain value for awareing the renal function deterioration in patients.
