Senior professional title (Researcher), Doctoral Supervisor, Recipient of the Guangdong Provincial Distinguished Young Scholar Fund, and Principal Investigator at Guangzhou First People's Hospital (the Second Affiliated Hospital of South China University of Technology). He has been engaged in research on the fundamental mechanisms and clinical translation of comprehensive interventional therapy for liver cancer for 12 years. He currently serves as Principal Investigator of two projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (one General Program and one Young Scientists Fund), two projects funded by the Guangdong Natural Science Foundation (one Distinguished Young Scholar Fund and one General Program), and one key project of the Guangzhou Science and Technology Plan. As first author and/or corresponding author (including co-authorship), he has published 46 SCI papers in journals such as Gut, Nature Communications (3 papers), Cell Death & Differentiation (2 papers), and Science Advances. He has also served as lead translator or co-translator of three academic monographs in interventional imaging and oncology, and has received two provincial/ministerial awards including first-prize distinctions.
