Medical Doctor (MD), Second-Level Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, Selected for the National High-Level Talent Special Support Program.
After graduating from the seven-year clinical medicine program in 1998, he joined Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital. From 2001 to 2004, he was a visiting scholar at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. In 2008, he earned his Ph.D. in Surgery from Sun Yat-sen University. His primary research focuses on the precision diagnosis and treatment of urological tumors, as well as basic research and translational applications in this field.
He has received numerous awards, including the National Innovation Excellence Award, the Guangdong Ding Ying Science and Technology Award, the First Prize of the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, and the Wu Jieping Urology Medical Award.

- Standing Committee Member and Secretary-General of the Urology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association;
- Vice President of the Urology Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association;
- Chair of the Urology Branch of the Guangdong Medical Association.

- November 2019 to August 2021: Served as President and Deputy Party Secretary of the First People's Hospital of Kashgar, Xinjiang;
