Graduated from Nanjing Medical University with a major in Social Medicine and Health Management, he currently serves as the Director of the Administration Section, Researcher, and Senior Economist at Guangzhou First People's Hospital. He is a Council Member of the Youth Health Economics Branch of the Chinese Health Economics Association, a Council Member of the 8th Council of Guangdong Health Economics Association, a Committee Member of the Health Economics and Culture Committee of Guangdong Health Economics Association, a Committee Member of the Hospital Administration Committee of Guangdong Hospital Association, a Committee Member of the Policy Research Branch of Guangdong Precision Medicine Application Association, and an Editorial Board Member of Guangzhou Medical Journal. Her main research focus is hospital management. As the first author, he has published over 10 papers in core journals such as the Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration and Chinese Health Economics. He was selected by the National Health Commission to participate in the COVID-19 response missions in Hubei and Hong Kong, as well as a number of mandated research assignments.
