研究方向：
从事胃肠癌及其癌前疾病诊治的临床工作，首先证实通过分析肠菌判断大肠癌术后化疗效果与预后、率先证明叶酸和小檗碱及他汀等传统药物具有预防胃肠癌的作用；
个人荣誉：
国家杰出青年基金获得者、教育部“长江学者”特聘教授、国家自然科学基金委创新研究群体带头人、科技部重点研发专项首席科学家。以第一完成人获2008年和2018年两项国家科技进步二等奖；并获谈家桢生命科学奖（临床医学奖）、全国创新争先奖等。

Research Focus:
Engaged in clinical work on the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal cancer and its precancerous diseases. First to demonstrate the use of gut microbiota analysis to predict the efficacy and prognosis of chemotherapy in colorectal cancer patients, and pioneered the use of traditional drugs such as folic acid, berberine, and statins for the prevention of gastrointestinal cancer.
Personal Honors:
Recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, Chang Jiang Scholar Distinguished Professor of the Ministry of Education, Leader of the National Natural Science Foundation of China Innovation Research Group, and Chief Scientist of the Key Research and Development Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Awarded two National Science and Technology Progress Awards (Second Prize) in 2008 and 2018 as the first completer, and received the Tan Jiazhen Life Science Award (Clinical Medicine Award) and the National Innovation and Dedication Award, among others.
